Firinn's first full length studio album, The Long Lunch is the highly anticipated sequel to their debut EP, Katoomba. It was written in Marrickville, the Blue Mountains and Bondi, in Sydney, Australia.

The Long Lunch features original and modern tunes, with electric bagpipes, droning harmonium, raucous drums, electric and acoustic guitar. Firinn are an Australian festival favourite, and this album features many of the tunes played on their festival circuit of 2022-2023.
